When I was on vacation, we went to Sint Maarten for a day, and we went to a little shop called Planet Paradise, where we met "The Yoda Guy", Nick Maley, who had constructed the original Yoda, used in Episode V. I saw Grievous peering down from the top of the building upon arrival, and I was like, "Yeah, we are going in this shop." Turns out there was a museum, and even original sketches and scripts. I bought one from Episode VI, it has a sketch of that base on Endor. I also got a bookmark with Grievous on it. But if anyone is traveling to Sint Maarten, I recommend paying a visit, and snapping a pic of Grievous.
